Product Uses
1. Hydrogen production plants, hydrogen storage areas and hydrogen refueling stations
Install the detectors around hydrogen storage tanks, transmission pipelines and refueling equipment. Priority shall be given to upper areas of the space, as hydrogen is lighter than air and tends to accumulate upwards. Cover potential leakage points including joints, valves and flanges.
2. Chemical hydrogenation units and petrochemical plants
Mount the detectors above reactors, hydrogenation pipelines and pumps, and arrange them at intervals along process pipelines to continuously monitor hydrogen concentration in production areas.
3. Power plants and metallurgical workshops
Install the units above generator hydrogen cooling systems, reduction furnaces and smelting facilities, especially on top of equipment and poorly ventilated enclosed areas.
4. Semiconductor, photovoltaic and battery manufacturing workshops
Place detectors above working stations, gas pipelines and gas holders, suitable for clean workshops and continuous production conditions.
5. Underground utility tunnels and enclosed equipment rooms
Deploy detectors along hydrogen pipelines in tunnels, and on the top of underground pump houses and cable shafts, focusing on enclosed spaces with poor ventilation where hydrogen is likely to accumulate.
