Model JJY10/30 is an intrinsically safe handheld laser methane remote detector for coal mines. Adopting the TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) technology and designed in accordance with the Lambert-Beer law, it is developed specifically for gas inspection and patrol in underground coal mines to realize non-contact long-distance methane (gas) detection. It upgrades the conventional single-point suction sampling detection to path-based detection of regional gas clouds, serving as an intelligent portable device for ventilation and gas inspection operations in coal mines.

Product Advantage

1. Adopts TDLAS laser detection technology with excellent gas selectivity. It is immune to interference from dust, moisture and other mixed gases; the sensor cannot be poisoned, ensuring stable long-term operation and infrequent calibration.

2. Supports non-contact remote detection up to 30 meters. No drilling or pump sampling is required, and methane inside sealed facilities can be measured through glass.

3. Equipped with red aiming laser for precise positioning. With optical path integral detection, it quickly identifies methane accumulation in roadways, roof cavities and upper corners over a large area.

4. Designed as intrinsically safe for coal mines with IP65 protection grade, reliable for humid and dusty underground working conditions.

5. Operators can take measurements from a safe distance without approaching high-risk gas accumulation zones, avoiding hazards from roof fall and gas hazards.
